Unwanted Items

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted hardware products within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging together with your proof of purchase. All e-liquid is strictly non-returnable for health and safety reasons. 

Faulty Items

If a fault appears within 60 days from the day of receipt, we are happy to exchange or refund the faulty item(s) providing the goods have been used as instructed. If we believe it has been misused/dropped we may need to send it off to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund/exchange is completed.

Online Purchases

Contact us via NicBox@blowersvapes.com with the details of your online order, including the order number and your reason(s) for the return or exchange and we will liaise with you to organise how and where to send the unwanted goods.

Returning Items

We are unable to process refunds for goods outside of our returns policy or if you do not have you proof of purchase, please maintain your receipt or order confirmation for your records.

Warranties

Coils
Coils are consumable products and are covered for a maximum of 7 days from the day of receipt in the event that they are DOA (dead on arrival).

Any mishandling of or damage to goods purchased will result in the warranty being voided.
